My mission as a pianist, composer, copyist, and arranger is to perform all genres of music so that God may be glorified while I engage with audiences around the world.

Bio:

Allie Heard is an accomplished pianist, arranger, composer, copyist, and accompanist located in Nashville, TN. Allie’s passion for music and the piano began at the age of three when she became infatuated with her Grandmother’s piano. Over the years, her passion has continued to grow, and she has documented this growth with her 6 albums: “Barefoot Rhapsodies”, “Hallelujah”, “That Holy Night”, “Open Eyes”, “The Songs That Changed Me”, and “822 Jazz”.

Allie has a heavy influence through YouTube with over 90 videos of her arrangements, original songs, and performances. Allie is proficient in all genres including Christian, jazz, country, pop, folk, bluegrass, classical, and many others. Allie is a multi-versatile musician that can change in a second’s notice from playing Brent Mason’s “Hot Wired” to playing Gershwin’s Piano Concerto in F Major, 1st mvt.

Along with being an experienced studio musician, Allie has performed with many artists around Nashville, TN and performed in venues and studios in the Nashville area such as the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, 3rd and Lindsley, McAfee Concert Hall, Massey Performing Arts Center, Oceanway Recording Studios, Sound Emporium, Treasure Isle Recording Studios, Graystone Quarry, The Bedford and more.

Allie is well-versed in composition and arranging. She is currently a Musicnotes Signature Artist where her piano solo arrangements are published and sold. Her arrangements have been played and recorded in locations such as Oceanway Studios and Fisher Center for the Performing Arts. She is also experienced in copyist work and has advanced skills with music programs such as Logic Pro X, ProTools, Ableton Live, Finale, and Sibelius. Allie has lengthy keyboard experience with Nord equipment as well. When a piano is not available at a venue, Allie is able to provide her Nord Stage 3.

Allie received her undergraduate degree in Commercial Music with an emphasis in performance and composition/arranging from Belmont University’s School of Music in Nashville, TN graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2023. Currently, Allie is in her last year of grad school at Belmont pursuing a master’s degree in Commercial Music with a performance emphasis. Her main priority in life is to honor God and her Christian beliefs. She feels that God has given her a talent to be shared with others and she wants to use it to honor Him. She loves playing the piano in all styles and genres of music and prays that the Lord will allow her to do it for the rest of her life.
